FUN IN THE SUN!
Brownies and Juniors will experience hands-on activities throughout the day and will tour our Wild Wonders Wildlife Park where they will be able to view many different animals including hawks, eagles, foxes and deer. We will be completing the requirements needed to complete the Try-Its and Badges, but we do not supply the badges.

Cadets/Seniors will experience the thrill of walking on obstacles 25 feet off the ground while completing requirements towards the High Adventure Interest Badge. You may choose to work on one of the other Interest Patches offered.
The Interest Patch will not be completed. A service project will need to be completed on your own.

WHAT TO BRING FOR BOTH BOY AND GIRL SCOUT PROGRAMS

A daypack or school bag is nice to carry your sack lunch and other
essential items, which are listed below.

Filled water bottle
Sunscreen and Chap stick
Sturdy shoes

Gym shoes or hiking boots are recommended in the summer.
Winter may require hiking boots for warmth. No sandals or dress shoes allowed.
Layered clothing
Start with a light layer - a tee shirt and jeans or sweat pants. Add to this
base layer a long sleeve top, a sweater and a jacket. Add additional layers for
winter and subtract layers for summer.
Hats, gloves, and wool socks
These essentials can easily be added to your day pack for use if needed. A hat with a brim is nice to have for sunny and hot days.
Rain gear
Ponchos or rain suits are needed in wet weather.
